So what Is Holistic Living?  I have tried to answer this question below:-

Holistic living is all about the joining of the body, mind and spirit, therefore the greatest barrier to holistic living is the self.  It’s all about being human and is a vast concept. Holistic living is the art of engaging in each field in a balanced and integrated way and promoting positive general health and well-being within your body. Being holistic does have its spiritual component, but that's just one of the many parts.

One of the principles of holistic living is that what we see around us reflects our own inner state of mind. Our concept of holistic living is a vibrant interactive lifestyle, mindful of one's environment while seeking development and growth. The most important principle of is that mind, body and spirit are inextricably part of the same whole.
