Astral Projection

Astral Projection or Astral Travel is the deliberate separation of a person's spirit or astral body from their physical body, in order to alter their consciousness and travel in a different plane of existence.

Astral projection is a type of out-or-body experience, where an astral body can fly or float about, visiting other people, places and even dreams.  

People use a variety of different routines to accomplish the separation of astral self from physical self, from a self-induced trance state to relaxation and visualisation techniques.
