Astrology
From the Greek ‘astrologos’ or ‘Star Study’. Astrology is an ancient practice found in almost every culture but the first recorded instances are in Babylonia c.500 BC.
At one time it was indistinguishable from Astronomy. Astrology starts with your horoscope (a map of the heavens at the time of your birth). Your Zodiac sign can be determined from this and what aspects are important to you, allowing an interpretation of what type of person you are (or will be) as well as what is likely to happen in your future.
