I-Ching

I-Ching or the Chinese Book of Advice and Divination has been in use for over 3,000 years.

Its origins are now lost in time and myth but may go back as far as the 24th century BC.  The inspiration is said to be taken from the cracks on the shell of a legendary Emperor’s pet tortoise, it consists of a set of 64 hexagrams, a symbol composed of six lines of varying pattern.
