LaStone Therapy
LaStone is an alternative therapy treatment that combines full body massage with the placement of hot stones on strategically important energy points of the body (also known as Chakra Centres).
These stones are marble and basalt, and work to draw out negative energies from the body and help create a connection to the earth. Hot stones are also used in the massage part of the treatment, and a final rubdown is given with alternative hot and cold stones to finish the treatment.
